1. Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, we only use authentic, genuine fragrances that we purchase directly from retail stores & and authorised resellers. 

Based in London, we have direct and easy access to these legitimate sources. We do NOT use cheap imitations and our products are proof of these.

We carefully & hygienically hand decant all the liquid into our handy travel sized 5ml or 10ml glass spray bottles or our unique 3ml plastic bottles. We are not directly affiliated with the brands themselves, but simply decant their product and resell it, offering the consumer a more affordable option.

2. What Payment methods do you accept?

In order to provide peace of mind, we currently accept PayPal alongside Shopify's own secure payment system. You can be ensured that all payments are made safely and your data is protected. 

We will be soon be accepting Apple Pay and Google Pay later this year.

4. Where are the Best areas to Spray?

Start by spraying it on your pulse points: behind the ears, wrists, ankles. It will rise in spirals around your body. Then spray a scent halo around your neck, head and hair. As most of our perfumes are either Eau De Parfum or Parfum, they offer a much longer lasting smell in comparison to the usual Eau De Toilette. 

5. Do you ship worldwide?

No, currently we only ship to United Kingdom. Please see below for areas that are excluded. 

All parcels are fully tracked & are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday -Friday). As soon as we dispatch your item, we will provide a tracking number within your product order email.

6. Are parcels insured for theft, loss or damage?

We will soon be offering optional parcel insurance to quickly resolve any theft, loss or damage you might unfortunately encounter.

However, as we only use Royal Mail and Tracked delivery we are reducing the chances of this happening. Have an issue with your order? Simply email us at help@richscents.co.uk 

7. Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately, so there will be no cancellations afforded on any purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard. Any cancellations will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
